Good for a couple of days in cape town
The view from my room, spacious room and large bathroom. Good coffee and the bed very comfortable, and slept well.
The piped music in the restaurant/bar and pool. Nobody needs to listen to rap music over breakfast. It is repetitive bad sound, many people complained about it. Can you get some uniforms to fit your staff.

Overall a wonderful stay!
Definitely one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Loved the decor of the hotel, very clean, friendly staff, and well situated. Really enjoyed our stay!
The sinks in the bathroom drain very slowly, and the room was incredibly noisy, we had security shouting to one another outside for hours.

Good city/business hotel
Good proper 5* hotel Swimming pool get's plenty of sun, breakfast buffet is ok. Feels like a business hotel
A little further from the action that what I initially thought, as safety is a concern in cape town we needed to get an Uber for everywhere in the evenings. Although there are some cafe's/restaurants/woolworths/starbucks etc in the area. All spa facilities are chargeable (sauna as well)
